All our support is provided through our web based Bureau at http://www.sxbureau.co.za/bureau/ (also accessible via the links under Fundworx™ Support on the left-hand side).
Each client is managed via the Bureau and all calls are logged on the Bureau for any change or new requirement by the clients.
The Bureau is functionally rich and allows clients to manage all calls logged, view the process and provide information and specifications when required. There is a reporting function available for clients to pull reports if so required.
