When a member is loaded or details changed or a claim is lodged or any field is changed, Fundworx generates a permanent log of the transaction, which acts as an audit trail by recording the details of the processes used and the communication between parties involved. The system generates automatic summaries of these logs for management use.
A reminder system alerts staff to past-due administrative tasks. The system will not only warn the individual members of staff, but also provide their manager with a summary of outstanding transactions, as they move past their deadlines. Workflow works together with Worktrails, the Business Process Management tool, to create a complete system for designing, monitoring, and improving business processes.
There is Dashboard functionality and each client can specify what they require to displayed through the Dashboard functionality.
The SMS system is fully integrated within Fundworx, and will allow the system super user to set up notification messages for different workflow stages. A few examples would be on the receipt of a claim or the successful payment of a file to the bank. It would require that the client has the correct infrastructure and Mobile data packages in place.
Fundworx have developed a mobile application for all Android and Apple phones, allowing the user to login and access their details, fund balances, benefit statement values and to read any communication loaded by the Company. The application is still to be registered by us on to the Stores, and can be branded with your logo and colour schemes.
Define workflow parameters and Fundworx will manage your workload by allocating tasks to your staff automatically through the use of the Workbaskets. You’ll also be able to see how your staff are performing, what their individual output is, and which staff members are underutilised.
